Stevenage care home residents enjoys VIP experience at Michael Ball and Alfie Boe concertResidents and colleagues from HC-One's Woodlands View Care Home, in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, were treated to an exclusive VIP experience at London's O2 Arena on Sunday, April 13, where he enjoyed a Michael Ball and Alfie Boe concert from the comfort of a luxury suite.

The outing, organised in partnership with Nestlé, offered resident Janice Capon and Woodlands View Wellbeing Coordinator, Joanne Alexander, a memorable evening of world-class entertainment, gourmet dining, and premium hospitality.

The pair joined residents from two other units for the special outing, which featured door-to-door transportation from the care home to the prestigious London venue. Upon arrival at the O2 Arena, the group was warmly welcomed by Charlie from Nestlé and her husband, who escorted them to an exclusive third-floor VIP box.

They were treated to a scrumptuous meal and complimentary drinks throughout the evening. The culinary offerings were a highlight of the evening as guests enjoyed an endless selection of drinks and snacks, ranging from chocolate sharing bags to jelly sweets.
 
From their premium vantage point, Janice and fellow guests enjoyed unobstructed views of the spectacular performance. A particularly moving moment occurred when audience members illuminated the arena with their phone torches, creating a breathtaking sea of lights that visibly moved the residents.
