Sutton-in-Ashfield care home celebrate Community Nursing TeamColleagues at HC-One’s Stoneyford care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield made some lovely hampers with treats in to share with the Community Nursing Team, which has helped them so much over the past year.

Over the last year the relationship with Stoneyford Community Nursing Team has flourished. Colleagues at the home really wanted to show their appreciation for everything they have done from assisting Residents to offering staff support and training sessions.

Stoneyford Colleagues always feel well supported and feel they work tighter as a team for the same goal to ensure Residents receive the kindest possible care.

Susan Barton, Community Nurse said: “Thank you so much. It’s a lovely treat for all the community team, we feel so appreciated and loved. 

Residents at the home were also supportive of the team and a few comments on how fabulous the team are and what a great job they do.

Stoneyford Home Manager Linda Sturdy said: “To work together to achieve the same goal and deliver the kindest care is in everything we do.”

“It’s just nice to take the time to recognise the wonderful job they do, thank you.”

Situated in the market town of Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, Stoneyford is a friendly, purpose-built care home with 60 beds, offering residential and residential memory care, for those living with dementia.
