Victoria House Care Home in Stockton-on-Tees is delighted to announce the launch of a new weekly coffee morning taking place every Thursday 10.30am - 11.30am, warmly inviting members of the local community to come along, connect and enjoy a friendly chat.
The coffee mornings will provide a relaxed and welcoming space where residents, relatives, neighbours and local visitors can come together over a cup of tea or coffee. The initiative has been introduced to help strengthen community links, reduce social isolation and create opportunities for meaningful conversations across generations.
Residents at Victoria House have been looking forward to welcoming new faces into the home and sharing stories, laughter and companionship. The weekly gathering offers a chance for visitors to get to know residents and colleagues, while learning more about life at the home and the wide range of activities taking place throughout the week.
Colleagues at Victoria House are equally enthusiastic, seeing the coffee mornings as a wonderful opportunity to open their doors and showcase the warm, inclusive environment they work hard to create every day. The informal setting allows everyone to feel comfortable, whether they are dropping in for a quick cuppa or staying longer to enjoy the company.
