Residents at HC-One’s Summerville Care Home in Warrington, Cheshire, enjoyed a lively and uplifting afternoon after a visit from Rise, who delivered one of their popular chair-based exercise sessions.
The event was filled with laughter, movement, and a dash of friendly competition. Summerville residents took part in a variety of fun games designed to promote mobility and well-being, with plenty of cheering and encouragement from all involved.
Activities residents got involved with included balloon passing and bowls from the comfort of their armchairs. There were smiles all around as participants embraced the chance to get active, socialise, and celebrate the session’s well-deserved winners.
