Weekly relaxation sessions for Irvine care home Residents

Residents at HC-One’s Fullarton care home in Irvine, Aryshire are enjoying weekly relaxation sessions hosted by Care Assistant, Grace Burns.

Twice a week, Residents have been gathering for an interactive dedicated to relaxing therapies including, hand massages, sensory items, soothing music and delicious chocolates. 

The sessions are proving to have a positive impact on the wellbeing of Residents, with everyone commenting on how much they enjoy the relaxing time.
