Wiltshire care home Residents bake up a storm

Residents have enjoyed an afternoon of baking today over at HC-One’s Alexander Heights care home in Avonpark care village, Limpley Stoke.

The home’s Wellbeing Coordinators have been organising baking sessions once a week for Residents to participate in. This week, the baking team decided to make cheese straws.

One Resident in particular joins in every week with the session. Dorothy Prater loves getting her hands mucky to make the treats and always loves learning a new recipe.

With a little input from the kitchen Colleagues, Dorothy and her team baked trays of incredible cheese straws. Other Residents of Alexander Heights were all very impressed as they taste-tested the snacks.
