Zoolab visit for Dudley care home

Residents at HC-One’s Ash Grove Care Home enjoyed a visit from some wonderful creatures recently.

From giant African snails to furry rats, Residents got up close and held various creatures, especially the snake, with some preferring to look from a distance rather than stroke the animals.

Relatives commented on how interesting the afternoon was as they had learnt various facts about the creatures.

Julie Jones, Home Manager, commented: “it’s so lovely for Residents to experience things such as this. It has been very interesting for all involved and we look forward to the next visit.”
