Moving into a care home is an important decision. We’re here to make each step feel a little easier—with guidance from people in our homes, personalised care and a warm welcome.

The One Week On Us offer may be available for eligible residents funding their own care, whether they’re joining us for respite or looking for a more permanent home.

Admissions remain subject to assessment, suitable placement, room availability and the Home Manager’s discretion.

Is my first week free?

The offer is not applied as an upfront free first week. Once an eligible resident has stayed for four consecutive weeks, a complimentary week will be applied within 90 days.

Who can receive the offer?

The offer is available to eligible residents funding their own care. Evidence of sufficient funds must be provided before admission in line with the residency agreement.

Can it be used for respite care?

Yes. It can apply to eligible respite and permanent stays, provided the resident stays for at least four consecutive weeks.

Is the offer available at every home?

Offer availability varies by home. Please contact the home you’re considering to check whether the offer is available there.

Can it be combined with another offer?

It can be used with other eligible incentives, including 20% off the first three months of an eligible permanent stay.

Full offer terms and conditions

Qualification for the One Week On Us offer is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The offer is subject to room availability, appropriate placement following assessment and the Home Manager’s discretion.
  • Admissions must be fully self-funded.
  • Residents must stay in the home for at least four consecutive weeks.
  • Before admission, evidence must be provided that appropriate funds are available, in accordance with the residency agreement.
  • Eligible residents will receive a complimentary week within 90 days once they have resided in the home for four consecutive weeks.
  • The offer may be used with other eligible incentives, including 20% off the first three months of an eligible permanent stay.
  • The offer may apply to respite or permanent stays.
  • The offer may only be used once within a six-month period.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw the offer with immediate effect.
