Priorslee House launches community Harvest Collection
Residents and colleagues at
Priorslee House care home in Telford, Shropshire have been celebrating the season of giving by launching a Harvest Collection Campaign in support of local food banks and animal rescue centres.
The initiative, which runs throughout September and October, invites local families, businesses and community groups to donate non-perishable food, toiletries and pet supplies to support those most in need. A collection point at the home’s entrance has already welcomed generous contributions from residents, colleagues and visitors alike.
Residents have also played an active role, helping to design harvest-themed displays and posters to promote the initiative and share messages of kindness and gratitude.

“Community connection and kindness are at the heart of everything we do here at Priorslee House. This Harvest Collection is a chance for us all to come together and give back – every donation, no matter how small, makes a real difference.”
