HC-One is celebrating national recognition after being shortlisted for multiple categories across two of the most respected award programmes in the health and social care sector - the 2025 National Care Awards and the LaingBuisson Awards.

At the National Care Awards, organised by Caring Times, HC-One has been named a finalist in six categories:
These shortlists reflect the dedication and compassion of colleagues across the HC-One family, whose daily work makes a difference to residents and their loved ones. The ceremony will take place on Friday 7th November 2025, celebrating outstanding contributions to social care across the UK.
LaingBuisson Awards 2025
HC-One has also been shortlisted for Care Home Group of the Year at the prestigious LaingBuisson Awards. With over 400 entries submitted this year, being recognised as a finalist demonstrates the progress HC-One has made in delivering high-quality, kind care across our homes.
The entry highlighted how 89% of HC-One homes are now rated Good or Outstanding, alongside sector-leading occupancy levels. It also showcased the organisation’s investment in colleagues, pay and learning, as well as the implementation of digital technologies to enhance care. Our innovative Specialist Dementia Care Communities were also an important part of the submission, highlighting how we support people with more complex dementia needs.
The LaingBuisson Awards ceremony will be held in London on Thursday 20th November 2025 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, bringing together organisations and individuals who set new standards of excellence in health and social care.
