HC-One, the UK’s leading care home provider, has launched a nationwide recruitment campaign to promote the benefits of pursuing a career in care.
As the Kind Care Company, HC-One is welcoming kind local people to join its teams in more than 300 care homes across England, Scotland and Wales, to help continue providing the kindest and highest quality care possible to its 14,000 Residents.
To promote the variety of rewarding opportunities available in care, HC-One has launched a recruitment advertising campaign in January 2022 to help attract new talent to the health and social care sector, promoting the message: ‘HC-One, where your kindness will be truly rewarded’.
Complemented by photos of real carers from HC-One’s Colton Lodges care home in Leeds, the message has been distributed via advertisements displayed on buses, billboards, radio and digital platforms across the country.
The campaign follows an announcement by HC-One about its new pay and reward initiative, with a £17 million investment in enhanced rates of pay for Colleagues and ongoing support available for new and experienced employees to grow and develop their skills in care.
Since the launch of targeted outdoor, digital and radio advertising on the 17
th January the campaign has so far seen a positive response from candidates, highlighting the increased appetite for starting a career in care at HC-One.
