This is an amazing achievement that highlights the difference that catering professionals can make to the care sector.
“We have had 1020 colleagues sign up for the memory care pledge which is to help ensure that those in our care that are vegetarians or vegans who have capacity issues, or cognitive losses, will be offered a choice of meals, drinks and snacks that uphold their ethical beliefs.
“Being selected as finalists at these prestigious awards is a testament to the passion and dedication that the Catering and Housekeeping team have demonstrated. The team have truly gone above and beyond to provide the kindest care to residents living in our care homes and support to their colleagues, relatives and those within the local community, supporting our mission to be the first-choice care provider in each of the communities that we serve.”
