"Nestled in the peaceful village of Skewen in Neath, South Wales, Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn is a purpose-built care home with 42 beds, offering residential and residential dementia care.

Cwrt-Clwydi-Gwyn is a welcoming home where residents can relax, socialise and feel truly comfortable. There are three cosy sitting rooms and a pleasant dining area, along with an on-site hairdressing salon for everyday enjoyment. Many residents love spending time in the pretty courtyard, which some help to care for themselves, making it a lovely place to enjoy a cup of tea, spot local wildlife or spend time with friends and family. Bedrooms are bright, comfortable and fully wheelchair accessible, helping everyone feel settled and at ease.

Our caring team creates a warm, family atmosphere, bringing people together to enjoy meals and celebrate special occasions. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with familiar furniture and treasured belongings, so it really feels like home. Daily life is thoughtfully planned to support each resident’s wellbeing in mind, body and spirit. Every resident receives personalised care, guided by a care plan that reflects their individual needs, preferences, beliefs and routines, as well as input from loved ones, ensuring they feel understood, respected and well cared for every day."
