Trafalgar Park Care Home

Part of the village of Nelson, near Caerphilly, Trafalgar Park is a friendly 52 bed care home, offering residential, nursing and dementia care. 

This friendly home offers a choice of places to relax, dine, exercise and socialise. The pretty landscaped gardens and patio, cared for by some of our Residents, is a favourite location to spend time in the company of friends and family. All our bright and comfortable bedrooms and living areas are easily accessible by wheelchair. Some of the bedrooms also benefit from views across the garden.

The home’s caring team has created a family atmosphere, encouraging everyone to eat and celebrate special occasions together. Residents are invited to decorate their rooms with small items of their own furniture and treasured belongings so that it feels just like home. Daily life is thoughtfully designed to support mind, body and soul.
