Merino Court Care Home

Merino Court is located in the residential area of Greenock in Inverclyde, close to local transport links. This purpose-built care home with 60 beds offers nursing and nursing dementia care.

At Merino Court Care Home, we pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels part of our family. Our home offers a choice of comfortable lounges, bright dining areas and cosy corners to relax, socialise and enjoy time with friends and loved ones. There’s also a dedicated activities room where residents can pursue their favourite hobbies and a professional hair salon for a little pampering.

Many of our bedrooms enjoy lovely sea views, while others have direct access to our beautiful gardens and decked patio area – lovingly tended by some of our residents and always a popular spot for a cuppa in the sunshine. All bedrooms and communal areas are bright, comfortable and fully accessible for wheelchair users.

Our caring team has created a real sense of community, encouraging residents to come together for home-cooked meals, celebrations and special occasions. Everyone is invited to make their room feel like home by adding personal touches, treasured belongings or small pieces of furniture. Daily life at Merino Court is thoughtfully planned to nurture mind, body and soul – from engaging activities to moments of quiet relaxation.

Our Home Manager and dedicated care team are passionate about providing the kindest, most individualised care possible. Each resident has a personalised care plan that takes into account not just their health and dietary needs, but also their preferences, routines, faith and interests – as well as input from family members.
